Karnataka Social Club in Bahrain elects new committee for 2024-26

Bahrain, Sep 22: The Karnataka Social Club has elected a new committee for the term 2024-26 during its Annual General Meeting held on September 13, 2024. The newly appointed office bearers are as follows:

President: Anand Lobo
Vice President: Cletus Rodrigues
General Secretary: Vinay Sequeira
Assistant General Secretary: Clive Britto
Treasurer: Sandra D'Costa
Assistant Treasurer: Herman D'Souza
Administrator: Joe Andrade
Entertainment Secretary: Royston Fernandes
Assistant Entertainment Secretary: Rathan Bayar
Sports Secretary: Alwyn D'Souza
Internal Auditors: Conald Veigas and Melwin Dantis
Backup Support: Little Champs

In his address, president Anand Lobo emphasized his commitment to the club’s growth with the slogan, "Karnataka Social Club never sleeps," and promised to keep the club thriving and engaged. He also announced plans to promote public speaking and interactive events for the members' children to showcase their talents. The new committee will focus on sports and entertainment, with activities planned every weekend to keep the community vibrant and active.

General secretary Vinay Sequeira pledged full support from the committee for all club activities and called for strong backing from the members. He emphasized a collaborative approach to strengthen community engagement and ensure the club's success during the term.
