Mangaluru: The Yenepoya Institute celebrates Onam & Hindi Diwas

Mangaluru, Sep 23: Onam & Hindi Diwas festivities unfolded with grandeur and splendor in The Yenepoya School and The Yenepoya School World. A special assembly was convened to mark the occasion. In addition to the regular assembly proceedings, students presented their perspectives on the importance of Hindi Diwas and Onam, encouraging their peers to appreciate the values of language and culture.

The Thiruvadirai dance by the teachers stole the show. Dressed in vibrant traditional clothes, the children revelled the festivities with dance and delight.

The associate director, Anthony Joseph then took the stage to share his thoughts and insights.

A vibrant Pookalam competition was organized on a house wise basis, wherein students from each house showcased their creative flair by designing intricate floral patterns vying for the top spot in this traditional art form.

The festivities culminated in a glorious success.
