The main project of constructing 160 houses for the poor i.e. one each in each parish But condition never disclosed, please disclose the conditions for building the houses. The total cost of house is Rs 2,00,000 lac, As I have come to know that those who want house the needy has to bear the cost of Rs 1,00,000 lac, Rs50,000 paid by the parish people and Rs. 50,000 given by the bishop. So think it how can a poor can benefit the house. If Bishop pays Rs.1,50,000 and Rs 30,000 paid by the parish and rest Rs.20,000 should bare by the needy, then it will be benefited for the poor
