Puttur, Sep 28: Ahijith K M, (II HEPS) student at St Philomena P U College, achieved a remarkable feat by winning the bronze medal in the District Level Dasara Sports Meet - 2024. The event was organized jointly by Dakshina Kannada district administration, zilla panchayat, youth empowerment and sports department, Dakshina Kannada and Mangaluru City Corporation, Nehru Youth Centre and District Youth Association.
Ahijith's impressive throw of 46.82 meters in the boys category earned him a well-deserved place on the podium. Under the training of the physical education directors, Elias Pinto and Rajesh Moolya, Ahijith's hard work and dedication paid off.
