Mangaluru, Oct 1: Applications are invited for the 20th Kalakar Puraskar offered by the Carvalho Family and Mandd Sobhann. An artiste of Konkani origin and hailing from Karnataka, who has made significant contributions in music, drama, dance or folk, will be selected.
The award includes memento, citation and Rs 50,000. Kalakar Puraskar will be awarded at the 275th monthly theatre, on Sunday November 3 at Kalaangann.
Nominations can be submitted by self or others along with details of achievements, recent photograph.
