Beltangady: Holy Redeemer English Medium School celebrates Jayanthi of national leaders

Belthangady, Oct 2: The birth anniversary of National leaders Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadhur Shashtri were meaningfully celebrated at Holy Redeemer English Medium School, Beltangady on October 2.

Student Anisha Desa signified the importance of the day and compered the program. Student Sai Khushi welcomed the gathering. The highlight of the celebration was the Sarvadharma Prarthana, which solemnly indicates the country's unity in diversity. Headmaster Fr Clifford Pinto and all staff members paid floral tribute to the portrait of the leaders to embark their sacrifice and dedication towards the Nation's development.

Headmaster addressed the students and told them to follow the good path in life with good values. Student Srishti proposed a vote of thanks. The program concluded by singing the National Anthem.

After the program students were involved in Shramadhana by cleaning up the school campus. Refreshments were served to all.
