Mangala College organises career enhancement programme

Media Release

Mangaluru, Oct 3: The placement cell of Mangala College of Allied Health Sciences organised an intensive two-day Career Enhancement programme on September 28 and 30, designed to prepare students for today’s competitive job market. The sessions were expertly led by Karthik G Kamath K, associate professor at the college.

The programme focused on two essential aspects of career readiness: crafting an impressive curriculum vitae (CV) and mastering interview techniques.

On the first day, Karthik emphasised the importance of tailoring one’s CV to align with the job description and the company’s culture. The second day shifted the focus to interview skills, featuring practical mock interview sessions.

The event began with opening remarks from Nidhi Steve’s student representative, and was attended by placement cell coordinator Rakshitha, placement cell members, principal Pratijna Suhasini G R, and vice-principal Geethalakshmi.
