Bantwal: Padua PU College's NSS Annual Special Camp inaugurated

Bantwal, Oct 4: The NSS Annual Special Camp of Padua Pre-University College was held at Deva Matha English Medium School, Amtoor, Bantwal. Inaugurating the event, the spiritual leader of Deva Matha Church, Mogarnad Fr Anil D’Mello, spoke about NSS as an opportunity to build the nation and life. He emphasized that the discipline learned here is beneficial for life.

The headmaster of Deva Matha School, Fr Naveen Prakash Pinto, encouraged the participants to cultivate noble goals and strive for victory in a competitive environment. The president, Fr Arun Wilson Lobo, the principal of Padua College, urged students to be prepared to face challenges and problems in life.

The event was attended by members of the church management committee, including Santosh D'Souza, Wilfred Lobo, and others. NSS camp officer Anil D'Mello welcomed the guests. NSS participant Yashaswini presented the programme, and co-camp officer Cauveri delivered the vote of thanks.
