Udupi, Oct 7: The Ocean Pearl, synonymous with hospitality and comfort, is set to open its second hotel in the temple town of Udupi. The new venture, named 'The Ocean Pearl Times Square', located at Mandavi Times Square Mall, Udupi, is scheduled for a grand opening on October 9.
Roshan Banan, managing director of The Ocean Pearl hotel, addressing the media at a press meet held on October 7, said, “The new hotel features 'Grand The Pacific 1 Hall', which can accommodate around 2,000 guests, making it ideal for weddings, large conferences, and other grand events. Additionally, 'Pacific 2 Hall' is designed for medium-sized gatherings and can host up to 250 guests. The hotel, equipped with top-notch interiors and premium design, offers a total of 67 luxury rooms, including Presidential Suites, Club Suites, Family Suites, and Deluxe Rooms.”
Banan stated that The Ocean Pearl Times Square will provide visitors with a luxurious and modern experience, making it a prime destination for both business and leisure. Located in the Times Square Mall, the hotel offers easy access to shopping and entertainment, making it convenient for both traders and tourists.
Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, managing director of Mandavi Real Estate Developers, Udupi, said, “Today, our dream has come true. The service provided by The Ocean Pearl is satisfying. Even though the hotel has been established for more than a decade, it is still new to Udupi. The hotel gives importance to cleanliness. This is a five-star hotel with 67 rooms. It consists of three auditoriums with more than 200-seat capacities. The facility also boasts a gym, fitness center, and business lounge. For swimming enthusiasts, an internationally designed swimming pool has been built. The rooms have been designed with comfort and well-being in mind, ensuring a healthy and convenient stay for guests.”
The 'Coral' fine-dining restaurant caters to the dining needs of guests, offering delightful treats with its exquisite cuisines. The menu includes North and South Indian, Continental, and Chinese dishes, along with local delicacies.
The 'Jazz Sports Bar' offers premium beverages to enjoy while watching live sports. The 'Jazz Executive Lounge' provides a sophisticated ambiance for unwinding, complete with a swimming pool for a refreshing experience. Esteemed customers can also avail of the gym, fitness center, and business lounge facilities.
The Ocean Pearl Times Square will be inaugurated in the presence of three religious leaders at 12 pm.
