Udupi, Oct 9: The Ocean Pearl Time Square was officially inaugurated at the Mandavi Time Square Mall, Udupi, on October 9 with a grand ceremony.
The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting and ribbon-cutting by distinguished guests. Vidyaprasanna Theertha Swamiji of Pejavara Math inaugurated the banquet hall, stating, "This hall is a temple for God. With divine grace, may this business thrive for the residents of Udupi." Kukke Subramanya Swamiji added, "Udupi is renowned for its food. Success in business requires hard work, dedication, and blessings."
Prior to the inauguration, Bishop Dr Gerald Isaac Lobo of Udupi visited to offer his blessings.
The event saw the attendance of notable figures, including T Satish U Pai, executive chairman of Manipal Media Network Limited, Vinod Kumar, managing director and CEO, MLAs Yash Pal Suvarna and Sunil Kumar, BJP leaders Mattar Ratnakar Hegde and Jagadish Adhikari, founder of Ocean Pearl Jayaram Banan, managing director Roshan Banan, vice presidents Girish and Shivkumar, general manager Prashant Acharya, Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, managing director of Mandavi Real Estate Developers, and entrepreneurs such as Sayiradha Manohar Shetty, Indrali Jayakar Shetty, and Ibrahim Kodi, along with former MLA Raghupathi Bhat.
