Puttur: Private bus falls into valley, driver killed

Puttur, Oct 12: A private bus driver was killed after the bus he was driving went out of control and plunged into a deep gorge at Enjira near Udaane, Uppinangady, in the early hours of Saturday, October 12.

The deceased driver has been identified as Bharat.

The conductor escaped with minor injuries.

It is reported that only the driver and conductor were on the bus when the accident occurred. Further details are awaited.
