"Medical miracles" complete with the picture of the entire medical team involved directly / indirectly and and a write-up narrating how well equipped the hospital is with state of the art facilities is normally published on the front page. But when tragedies like these strike, not even name of the hospital is revealed, let alone the names of docs! True that success has many parents whereas failures are orphans.

There is always an element of risk of sudden death in any major medical procedure; doctors do not carry out the procedure without getting a signature on a declaration form which contains all possible complications, even if it's their mistake they can't be held to task!
