    Dear Kannadiga
you sound like a very retrograde pessimist. better you change your attitude. The ones who are there may be a small group of senior staff. you expect whole bank staff to attend functions. they are needed in the branch. you know the staff of MCC Bank are the best. The way they serve people is exemplary. As Roshan Chickmagalore has asked you please open an account in this Bank and enjoy the service level. Please stop thinking that you are the best and the whole world is worst.

Hearty Congratulations Mr Melwyn D'Cunha, Dr Edward Nazareth and entire team. MCC Bank is the only premier(financial institution run by the community leaders most of our institutions are in the hands of religious. The bank which has seen hard and difficult days are now progressing. The people of the community should support it buy becoming the members by buying shares and operating accounts in the bank. All the best, especially to Dr. Edward Nazareth who has been looking after the affairs when the chairman is abroad.

open a account with this bank too and inform your relatives and friends to open their accounts in MCCB and take adavntages from this bank....then this bank too will be in a top lined banks and also it will think to hire the young blood as you said for time being dont consider the people who are working at the moment are cold blooded.....and the 70% of the staffs what you have seen the pictures are at their retired age still they are the one who brought this bank to reach here...please think loudly.....and congradulations MCCB........

    Good move by MCCB.

It is high time for MCC Bank to come out of Cooperative system and become a public limited Bank and there are enough investors in Mangalore.

It looks nice to see the picutres and signing ceremony. Normally, it is the practice to what is the value of the contract and nature of contract, benefits to the Bank etc... no information is available but only good pictures. Secondly, any contracts or infrastructure development should be in relation with the 100% optimization of Human Resources and aggressive marketing plans of bank. It seems 70% of MCC Bank employees are about to retire and no young blood is seen taking up the challenges ahead!! The same age old branches and 1947 atmosphere around the banks premises....dont you think its the to change!!!
