Udupi: Students Of SMVITM win prizes in ‘DEVHOST - 2024’

Udupi, Nov 13: The students of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), have won  prizes in ‘DEVHOST – 2024’, held at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Mangaluru, on November 9.

Shreekiran Bhat, Suraj Bhagavath, Sathwik S Bhat, U Pradyumna, second year students of artificial intelligence & data science and Anjali, second year student of artificial intelligence & machine learning won the 1st place.

Pavan R Gond, Ranjan Poojary, Vishwas Bhat, Vijetha, final year students of computer science & engineering and Shreeharsha Gunaga final year student of electronics & communication won the third place in Line Follower competition. A total of 27 teams from across Karnataka participated in this competition.

Tejas Nayak and Swasthik Yesh, second-year students of computer science, along with Poornanda, a second-year student of artificial intelligence & machine learning, won the second place in Hacknight 2024 (24 hours Hackothon), where a total of 120 teams participated and for the final round a total of 30 teams were selected.

The management, principal, vice-principal and extra-curricular activities coordinator have congratulated their commendable accomplishment.
