Bantwal, Nov 16: Bantwal MLA Rajesh Naik inaugurated a new library and an Anganwadi garden at the Balthila and Kudrebettu Government Higher Primary School on Saturday, November 16.
Speaking at the event, Naik emphasised the foundational role of Anganwadis in shaping children’s education. "Anganwadis are where education begins—combining play, lessons, and culture to build a child's future," he said.
He also praised the collaboration between the department and the local community in bringing the project to life, adding, "Congratulations to the company and all the villagers who made this possible."
The event was chaired by Rangini, vice-president of Balthila Grama Panchayat, and attended by former MLA Rukmayya Poojari, along with prominent figures such as Channappa Kotyan, Vikram Nayak of MRPL, and local panchayat members Vittal Nayak, Leelavathi, Latheesh, Devika, Usha, Sundara Salian, Mamata, Mohan Prabhu, Surekha, Sujata, and Shivaraj.
