Daijiworld Media Network – Byndoor (MS)

Byndoor, Nov 21: A cow shed was destroyed in a fire at Dombe Belemane near Shiroor in the taluk on Wednesday November 20 evening.

The fire, believed to be accidental, broke out in the cow shed near the house of Shesha Master. Strong winds from the nearby seashore caused the fire to spread rapidly, completely engulfing the structure and resulting in significant losses for the owner.

Fire service personnel, MESCOM, coast guards, and police officials promptly arrived at the scene to assess the situation. With the assistance of locals, the fire was brought under control.

Fortunately, while there were houses in close proximity, the flames did not spread further.
