Mangaluru, Nov 23: In a significant breakthrough, the Mangaluru crime control bureau (CCB) apprehended Dawood (43), a notorious rowdy-sheeter with a history of heinous crimes, near Talapady-Devipura Road on Friday November 22. Dawood, a resident of Dharmanagar in Ullal, was allegedly plotting an attack on rival gang members when the operation unfolded.
