Mangaluru, Nov 27: An ’Alum Talk’ session under the Edupath Series was held at Valachil campus of Expert P U College. The resource person Dr Devadas Bhat, faculty and researcher at NIT Calicut and NIT Karnataka addressed II PU students on the topic "Pathways to premium research institutions and career opportunities ahead".
Briefing the students about the importance of research-oriented careers in India and abroad, Dr Bhat gave an overview of premium institutions and the benefits of interdisciplinary and international education. He convinced the students to think beyond traditional boundaries and embrace collaboration across disciplines.
Ramakrishna Rao, department of physics and the SWOs were present on the occasion. Glen Prince Mascarenhas a II PU student hosted the session.
