this man will be dealt with strictly as per law under the sakt rule of Lord Sidda Devaraya...there is no issues in marrying more than one wife provided the man is capable to feed, love and take care of the wives and children...the rule was basically brought into implementation during war time when scores of women lost their husbands in battle..if they are left without husbands then it may lead to immorality...

Real kujuma kodial,in Germany, once one is 18years parents have nothing to say and considered as adults.Still one can marry multiple times but only after divorce .Have to divorce officially. Many live without divorce together ,one cant go against them .But have to pay tax as single in pay sheet. As married ,couple they have different pay sheet regulations.Everyone has to registrate wherever one moves out or lives.

Ziona chana, a head of a Christian sect in Mizoram is the Indian record holder for having a maximum of 39 wives in recent times. But of course, commentators salivate only when it is about a particular religion and then they like to generalise about it

The best recourse Muslim woman have is to get a good a good education and become financial independent. Woman should form groups and fight collectively for their rights. Muslim males should support their Mothers, Sisters and Daughters. People like Zakir Naik who openly say Muslim woman should become a second, third or fourth wife, or becomes "Public Property", in Hindi he calls her "Bazari Aurath". When half the population is female and Zakir is so disrespectful to all woman in such a bad and low way, but we do not hear a single protests from either Male or female. This is shocking, and wicked men exploit the situation.

Oh Marriage number 5. Whenever there is a theft , cattle thieving , smugging gold in private part by these guys, its all justfied as 'Inflation', 'unemployement' and current Govt is responsible .So I wonder what would the justfication be in this case.

Rafique’s fifth wedding should be held in jail. Instead of garlands of flowers, there should be handcuffs. Instead of a suit, he should wear a prisoner’s dress. Instead of biryani for food, he should be given dal and rice. Instead of dowry, a heavy fine should be collected from Rafique.”

I agree its very cruel . Very apt response Bro. But I doubt. I understand that Four is legally allowed as per the book. Perhaps the Govt with the Waqf Board will excpetionally allow this as a 'special case'.
