Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (MS)

Mangaluru, Dec 6: A case has been filed at Bunder police station accusing two youths of stalking a woman in a car following her attendance at a divorce case hearing in the city's family dispute court.

The complainant, a Mumbai resident, married a man from Falnir in 2020. Due to marital differences, the matter was referred to the family court. On November 19, the woman attended a hearing at the family court. While seated in the court, the two youths allegedly stared at her in an indecent manner and clicked her photos on their mobile phones.

After the hearing, as the woman exited the court, the strangers reportedly drove their car recklessly around her, apparently to intimidate her. They then followed her car as she left in an auto-rickshaw.

Bunder police have registered a case and are investigating the matter further.
