Puttur: Man arrested for trespassing, vandalizing Naga Katte shrine

Puttur, Dec 6: Police have arrested a man from another community for trespassing into the Naga Katte shrine near Nellikatte private bus stand and vandalizing the premises on the night of December 4.

The accused, identified as Salam, a resident of Jidekallu, was caught by locals while he was removing the iron grills of the shrine and entering the premises.

The locals apprehended him and handed him over to the police.
