Sullia, Dec 7: The skull and clothes of Belyappa Gowda (85), a resident of Sevaje who had been missing for three months, were discovered in a bamboo bush near Sevaje.
Belyappa Gowda went missing on September 9. Despite extensive searches by family members and locals, he could not be located. The family even sought the assistance of an astrologer in their efforts to find him. A missing person's case was registered at the Subramanya police station based on a complaint filed by Gowda’s son.
The remains were found in a bamboo bush just half a kilometer away from Gowda’s house. Interestingly, the area had been searched during the initial efforts, but nothing was discovered at the time. This has raised curiosity and suspicion regarding the circumstances surrounding Gowda’s death.
Further investigations are being conducted to uncover more details about the case.
