CM unveils logo of Centenary celebration of Belagavi Cong Session presided by Mahatma Gandhi

Belagavi, Dec 9: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday unveiled the logo of the centenary celebrations of the Congress party session presided over by Mahatma Gandhi at Belagavi on the first day of the winter session of the State Legislature on Monday.

Siddaramaiah also unveiled the oil painting of the Anubhava Mantap at the Assembly Speaker U T Khader’s office in the first floor of Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi.

The three newly elected members of the State Assembly – C P Yogeshwar from Channapatna, Annapoornamma from Sandur and Pathan from Shiggaon – who had won from the Congress party in the recent bt-election took their oath as members.

Of the three newly elected members, Pathan took the oath by holding a pocket edition of Constitution as was done by Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi while taking their oath in Lok Sabha.
