Mangaluru: Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) receives two awards from ICMR, New Delhi

Mangaluru, Dec 10: The Centre for Systems Biology and Molecular Medicine, headed by Dr T S Keshava Prasad, was recently recognized as an ICMR collaborating centre of excellence (ICMR-CCoE) by the Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi. Such recognition from ICMR would bring in global partnership and train the next generation of scientists in omics technologies. 

In another achievement, Dr Shankar Prasad Das, associate professor at the cell biology and molecular genetics division of the Yenepoya Research Centre was awarded the ICMR adjunct faculty position.
