Mangaluru: Hi-Flyers Skating Club wins 7 medals at National Championship

Mangaluru, Dec 15: Jesnia Correa, Dashiel Amanda Concessao and P Shalom Christan from Hi-Flyers Skating club made a mark at the 62nd National Roller Skating championship held in Mysuru from December 5 to 15, bringing home 4 silver and 3 bronze medals.

Jesnia Correa won 2 silver medals (500m and Road 1 Lap) and 1 bronze medal (1500m) in 11 to 14 age group, quads. She is studying in Grade 8 at Mount Carmel Central School.

Dashiel Amanda Concessao bagged 1 bronze medal (500m) and 2 silver medals in Relay (above 17 mixed and girls’ categories, inline). She is currently studying in 1st year of BBA in SDM College of Business Management.

P Shalom secured 1 bronze medal (Road 1 Lap). He is studying in Grade 8 at Lourdes Central School.

This remarkable achievement highlights their hard work and dedication. The skaters are trained under the guidance of their coaches, Mohandas K, Jayaraj, and Ramanand K V.
