Riyadh: Santa Claus Steals the Show at Aangann Konknechem 'Nathalaso Sambram'

Riyadh, Dec 25: Aangann Konknechem Riyadh celebrated 'Nathalaso Sambram' with a fun-filled programme here on Thursday December 22.

The programme started with a prayer followed by carol singing. Alfred Fernandes Sirsi gave a briefing on Christmas celebration. Veera Barboza Shirva spread the message of The Savior.

Santa Claus arrived and made the children happy by distributing Christmas gifts and chocolates. Christmas cake was cut by Santa and all the families joined for a photograph with Santa. Best crib, house decoration and Kuswar contest awarded to Antony Vijaya Abel and Raven Sabrina Martins.

Glen Roshen Lobo Bondel, the MC flagged off the function and later handed it over to Royston Prabhu Bejai. Prabhu added more colour to this event by conducting various games.

‘Mog tuzo kithlo aashelo’ sang by Laslie Gonsalies Valencia with his melodious voice. Kumari Michelle Mascarenhas Urva impressed the gathering with her wonderful dance. A very distinctive housie was conducted by Royston Prabhu.

Delicious homemade Kuswar was presented. Sumptuous dinner was served to all guests and the programme continued.

In the end, the entire crowd joined together on the dance floor for the traditional Mangalorean Baila. Manoj Mascarenhas Urva conducted the DJ. The Christmas decoration was done by Jessy Arun Ashoknagar.
