Guest of honor Melwyn Peris presented the talent award recipients with mementos and certificates.
The evening also marked a significant transition, as the leadership baton was passed to the new MCCP president Lancy Lobo. Fr Stephen Lewis did the honors by extending his blessings and best wishes on behalf of the community to Lobo for his success in the new role.
After the formalities concluded, the evening transitioned into a lively entertainment segment, with Peter Fernandes taking over as the emcee. His sharp wit and humor kept the audience thoroughly engaged as he conducted spot prizes and games, ensuring fun for all age groups.
