Mangaluru: Muriel Nirmala D'Silva to be honoured with C V Rajagopal Endowment Award for Journalism

Mangaluru, Jan 4: The Karnataka Media Academy has announced the prestigious C V Rajagopal Endowment Award for Extraordinary Achievement in Journalism to Muriel Nirmala D'Silva, a Mangaluru-based journalist, for 2024.

The announcement was made on January 2, recognizing D'Silva's exceptional contributions to the field of journalism over the years.

Muriel D'Silva has an illustrious career, having served renowned publications such as M P Chronicle, Bhopal, Deccan Herald, The Times of India, and Business Standard. In recent years, she has been working as a freelance journalist, continuing her impactful work in the industry.
