Mangaluru: St Sebastian Church Permannur celebrates annual feast with devotion

Mangaluru, Jan 19: The annual feast of St Sebastian Church, Permannur, was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm on Friday, January 19.

The solemn Eucharistic celebration was held at 10:00 am, presided over by Rev Fr Steevan Coutinho, former assistant parish priest. The parish priest, Very Rev Fr Cyprian Pinto, and assistant parish priest, Rev Fr Johnson Peraira, along with six other priests, concelebrated the Mass.

The event witnessed the participation of nearly 2,000 faithful, including prominent parish council members such as Arun Dsouza, vice president of the parish council, Jyothi Dsouza, secretary, and Dolfy Dsouza, commissioner for 21 commissions.

The celebration was marked by a deep sense of spirituality and unity, bringing the parishioners together in prayer and joy.
