Tulu Film Producers' Association submits memorandum to CM Siddaramaiah

Mangaluru, Jan 27: The Tulu Film Producers' Association, led by its president R Dhanaraj, submitted a memorandum to Karnataka chief minister Siddaramaiah during the latter's visit to Mangaluru recently, urging the government to address various demands concerning the Tulu film industry.

The demands include granting subsidies for Tulu films, instituting awards for regional language cinema, allocating a percentage share for Kannada films in multiplexes, and providing land for constructing an association building for the Tulu Film Producers' Association.



Association vice-president Praveen Kumar Konchadi, Sachin A S, and Preetham Sagar accompanied Dhanaraj during the submission of the memorandum.
