Srinivas University organises jersey revealing ceremony of ‘Physio League season 4’

Mangaluru, Jan 30: In a highly anticipated event at Srinivas University Institute of Physiotherapy, the college football club held their official jersey revealing ceremony ahead of Physio League season 4, an intra college event on January 27 at Srinivas University city campus quadrangle. The event was a moment of excitement, drawing a packed crowd of students and faculty, all eager to see the new designs that would represent their teams on the field.

Ceremony highlights:

Opening remarks: The ceremony began with a short speech from dean in-charge, Dr Thrishala Noronha, who shared her excitement for the upcoming season and spoke about the dedication and hard work of the college football club in putting up this event.

Jersey and trophy reveal: The Jersey reveal were done by the Institute faculty, following which the team captains stepped out onto the stage, receiving their team jerseys. The new uniforms featured modern design elements while staying true to the historic colours and logos. The trophies were also unveiled by the dean I/C and the official sponsors, Nasser and John Joyal Jacob.

Performances: The event was filled with energy, as chief guests who were freestylers, Basith (2nd ranked in South India) and Umar (India books of records for maximum weight balanced on the forehead) showcased their skills with the ball. The students also performed dance and song numbers which received a lot of cheers from the crowd.

The jersey revealing ceremony was a successful event that not only showcased a fresh new look but also energized the entire college community ahead of the Physio League. As teams prepare for their game, the new uniforms represent a fresh chapter in the programmes history, and fans are optimistic about what’s to come.
