Karkala: Ajekar Balakrishna Poojary murder case - Accused Dileep Hegde seeks bail

Karkala, Jan 30: Dileep Hegde, one of the accused in the Balakrishna Poojary murder case, has filed a bail application through his legal counsel.

Currently in judicial custody, Hegde awaits the court’s decision, with February 4 set as the deadline for filing objections. Public prosecutor Prakashchandra Shetty is scheduled to submit the objection on the same day.

Balakrishna Poojary was allegedly murdered by his wife, Prathima, and her lover, Dileep Hegde. The Ajekar police arrested both accused on October 25.
