32-year-old Udupi-native chartered accountant passes away in Bengaluru

Udupi, Feb 6: Rakesh Kamath (32), a resident of Shirva Manchakal and an employee at a private company in Bengaluru, passed away on February 5 at Manipal Hospital, Bengaluru, after a brief illness.

He was the son of renowned businessman Balakrishna Kamath. Rakesh had travelled to Hyderabad for work and fell ill upon returning home.

Despite receiving medical treatment and initially recovering, his health deteriorated again, and he collapsed. His wife immediately admitted him to Manipal Hospital, where he did not respond to treatment and passed away.

Rakesh is survived by his wife, CA Shruti, along with numerous relatives and friends.
