Mangaluru: Fire breaks out in garment store at shopping complex

Mangaluru, Feb 7: A fire broke out in a garment store at a shopping complex in Surathkal during the early hours of Thursday, causing extensive damage to clothing materials.

The fire is suspected to have been triggered by a short circuit in the design section located on the upper floor of the store.

Firefighters promptly responded to the incident and successfully prevented the flames from spreading to neighbouring shops.
