Mangaluru: Srinivas University organises ‘Magma 2025’

Mangaluru, Feb 21: Srinivas University’s Institute of Management and Commerce and the Institute of Port, Shipping, and Logistics Management, department of MBA, organised MAGMA 2025, a prestigious national-level management and cultural fest, which was inaugurated on February 21 at Srinivas University, City Campus, Pandeshwara.

Dr Anandh K, IAS, chief executive officer, Zilla Panchayat, Dakshina Kannada District, inaugurated the programme and stated that attitude, skill, and knowledge are three important attributes to achieving success in life. He emphasised, “The best way to predict the future is to create it. As future leaders, it is essential to identify emerging societal problems and address them with innovative managerial skills.”

Dr A Srinivas Rao, hon'ble pro-chancellor, Srinivas University, delivered the presidential address and advised students that whether they win or lose, they gain knowledge, experience, and training, which will shape them into successful individuals for a better future.

The event was graced by Dr K Sathyanarayana Reddy, vice-chancellor, Srinivas University; Dr Ajay Kumar, development registrar, Srinivas University; Dr Venkatesh Amin, dean, Institute of Management and Commerce; Dr Sonia Noronha, dean, Institute of Port, Shipping, and Logistics Management; Dr Kavyashree; Prof Sagar Srinivas; Prof Mithun Raj; and Prof Paresh Salian MAGMA 2025 coordinators.

Dr Venkatesh Amin welcomed the gathering and Prof Sagar Srinivas delivered the vote of thanks.
