Mangalore: Annual Festival of Garadi Kshetra Celebrated with Pomp

Mangalore, Jan 14: The annual festival of Shree Brahma Baidarkala Garadi Kshetra, Kankanady was celebrated from Sunday January 8 to Thursday January 12.

The flag hoisting was held on January 8 at 10.47 am. The Vishnumoorthi festival was held the next day on January 9. Kodamanithaya Nema was held on January 10. 

The Baidarkala Jathra was held on Januray 11 from 8 pm onwards. Mayandal Devi Festival was held on January 12 from 7.30 pm onwards.

Thousands of devotees participated in the festival on all the days.
