According to reports, the students had visited City Center after finishing their classes. While descending from the third floor, they found the elevator out of order and opted to use the automatic escalator. Exactly what happens when you build a mall having half knowledge of what kind of staff you need to equip to prevent such incidents! Employing staff just for the sake of it is just not done!!

Even if the students gallivanting in store and buy nothing staff has no right to abuse them. They have right to use elevator. Staff should behave maturely and skillfully.

Very disturbing act by both parties... There must have been some unhealthy altercations as all seem to be youngsters... Mall employees must be given daily briefing about behavior and public handling... No one can take to fists and must report indecent behavior to authorities...
