Udupi: Jeep rams into parked vehicles damaging 6 of them; pedestrian hit

Udupi, Mar 4: A serial accident in Manipal resulted in damage to three scooters and three cars.

The incident occurred on DC Office Road, Manipal, on Tuesday, March 4.

A Thar jeep driver rammed into the parked vehicles and also hit a pedestrian. All six vehicles sustained severe damage.

The driver fled the scene, abandoning the vehicle near the industrial area.

Manipal police visited the spot and have begun an investigation. Further details are awaited.

    Must be driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The DC office road has many curves and unless we drive with caution, it can cause accidents. Every effort must be made to the drug menace at Udupi and Manipal
