56th CISF Raising Day celebrated at Mangaluru Airport

Mangaluru, Mar 11: The 56th CISF Raising Day was celebrated with a ceremonial event at the CISF Unit ASG, Mangaluru, on Monday at 10.30 am. The occasion commenced with a guard of honor, followed by an address from senior commandant and CASO Virendra Mohan Joshi, who highlighted the crucial role of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in safeguarding airports, industrial units, and other critical infrastructure.

A cake-cutting ceremony was held as part of the celebrations. In addition, CISF has organized a cricket league tournament to mark the occasion. Twelve teams from various airport stakeholders will participate in the tournament, which will begin on March 10 at 4 pm, with the final match scheduled for March 21.
