Mangaluru: 200 kg of illegal beef seized in Kulshekar; rider escapes

Mangaluru, Mar 15: Right-wing activists intercepted a scooter transporting illegal beef near Kaikamba in Kulshekar. Upon being stopped, the rider managed to escape, leaving behind the vehicle and the consignment.

Authorities confirmed that around 200 kg of beef was being transported illegally. The activists alerted the police, who arrived at the scene and seized the meat.

A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway to trace the rider and determine the source of the beef.
