I dont see where tax payers money comes into the picture !? The govt never gave a bailout to KF and neither did it ask for one. Any financial strain KF is flying is exclusively thiers and others shouldnt be bothered about it. SBI is not gonna write-off any money.. they'll attch property and would recover money by any mean, won't they ?!

I understand the general public commenting upon flight cancellations , distress they have to go to and level of service but Tax payers have nothing to do with the decision a private Airline takes.

GUYS Please wait and do not book your tickets until the KF service really starts. I had a very BAD experience as I had booked MANG - BOM - MANG on KF well in advance and travelled in DEC 2011. So later after my booking when the airline stopped operating this sector, they rescheduled me via Bangalore without any information , no email, no correspondence inspite of giving all data. In fact I had to transit in Bangalore for 5 hours and had to waste 2 days in my to & Fro journey which was worse than travelling internationally. And Now even when I have tried to claim insurance which I had done, there is a big procedure and they are not at all giving quick response but simply replying emails in a casual way.
If the Claim done not get processed I will inform you /the public once again to take care and not add any additional insurance fee while booking online.

A change is very good for everybody!!! From some of the domineering airlines who used to suck money from the public with a big hype, SPICEJET is more than WELCOME to the beautiful city of Mangluru!! LET'S SEE HOW SPICEJET SERVES THE INHABITANTS OF MANGLURU?

    Dear Capt. Edward,
Where comes the congrats to Dr. Mallya restarting the service? KFA is in a deep financial crisis. SBI has already denoted the loans given by them to KFA as NPA. A German bank has confiscated two of their aircraft for defaulting!! We as sincere taxpayers are the sufferers!! And now Dr. Mallya is a host to the Heineken Beer founder's family visit to India!!!!What comment do you have on this Captji

Thank you very much Dr.Mallya.You made my day today.I was shocked when I hadcome to know that you had withdrawn the flight. This is the place from where we have ourroots.Even though I don't work for Kf any more I still remember how I used fly to Mangaloreand impart training as a trainerand commander. It was my favourite routeand I was very proud to fly to Mangalore. Kf gave me the opporunity to do the Pooja at Tirupati onyour behalf when VT-KFY joined our fleet. Also because I joined Kf from erstwhile IA I was blessed to fly His Highness Sri Veerendra Heggadeand His Highness Jain Swamiji Sri Charukirti. I got introdused to Mr K.V.Kamathand was happy to know that both of us are students of St. Aloysius School. I pray to God everyday that Kf shouldcome back to it's past gloryand come out of all the trouble .God Bless You Dr. Mallya. Capt.Edward Lobo

The discontinuation of Kingfischer flt. was a bad decision.People have suffered a lot.Spicejet was kind enough to come forward to help the people by introducing a flight. Let the spicejet go ahead with its schedule.

Jago Mallya Saheb Jago!!!!!!!! If you parry passengers somebody else is ready there to serve the mass. Now you learn the lesson just because Spice started taking over where you left. This is what Rahul Bajaj said few days back that “Let the terminal ill person die peacefully”

Spice jet would take over all the passengers Since they are starting their service to mumbai , and to delhi and surat via Mumbaiwith low fare. Spicejet is really good and by the time kingfisher resumes , spice jet would make the mark.
