MP Tejaswi Surya & wife Shivashri seek blessing at Kaup Sri Marigudi Temple

Udupi, Mar 17: Tejaswi Surya, MP Bengaluru South and national president BJP Yuva Morcha along with his wife Shivashri, during his visit to Udupi, visited Kaup Sri Marigudi Temple on March 17.

Thejaswi Surya along with his wife visited several religious sites in Udupi, including Udupi Sri Krishna Math and Horanadu Annapoorneshwari, before departing for Delhi in the evening the couple sought the blessings of Mariamma at Kaup.

The couple was offered with the divine prasadam by the temple’s chief priest Vedamoorthy Srinivasa Tantri Kalya in the presence of Kaup MLA Gurme Suresh Shetty, working president of the temple development committee.

Tejaswi Surya’s wife Shivashri worshipped Mariamma with Durga Stuti.

They expressed their admiration for the intricate carvings and architectural grandeur of the temple.

General secretary of the temple’s development committee Ramesh Hegde Kalya, working president of Brahmakalashotsava committee Yogish V Shetty, member of the management committee Madhav R Palan, chief convener of the office management committee Sunil S Poojary, president of the women’s Navadurga Lekhana Yagna committee Geethanjali M Suvarna, working president Savitri Ganesh, convener Katyayini team finance committee Anitha Hegde, temple administrator Govardhana Serigar, staff member Laxman Shetty Mandedi and others were present on the occasion.
