Mangaluru: Illegal beef transportation racket busted again in city

Mangaluru, Mar 22: A tight-wing organization activists exposed an illegal beef transportation network in the city.

Acting on a tip-off, activists intercepted an auto-rickshaw near Pandeshwar and conducted an inspection. Upon checking, they found over 200 kg of beef being transported illegally.

A case has been registered at Pandeshwar police station in connection with the incident.

Earlier, cases of illegal beef transportation had been detected in Kadri, Kulshekar, and Padil. Now, yet another instance has come to light in Pandeshwar.
