Udupi, March 22: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is proud to announce that it has been ranked No. 1 in the Platinum+ Band of the Sustainable Institutions of India (The Green Rankings 2025). This ranking was conducted by R World Institutional Ranking 2025. This recognition reaffirms MAHE’s steadfast commitment to environmental sustainability, eco-friendly initiatives, and green campus practices.
The Green Rankings - SII is a pioneering assessment that evaluates higher education institutions based on key sustainability parameters such as energy efficiency, waste management, water conservation, biodiversity preservation, and innovative sustainability projects.
MAHE’s top position in the Platinum+ Band is a testament to its holistic and effective implementation of sustainable practices across its campuses.
