Mangaluru: Right-wing activists prevent illegal cattle transport, rescue 25 cattle

Mangaluru, Mar 28: Activists of a right-wing organisation intercepted an illegal cattle transportation operation in Surathkal, successfully rescuing 25 cows on Friday March 28.

Acting on a tip-off, the activists stopped a vehicle suspected of transporting cattle unlawfully.

Upon inspection, they found 25 cows being transported in violation of regulations. The activists ensured the safe rescue of the animals and informed the authorities.

A complaint has been filed with the local police, and further investigation is underway.
