Mangaluru, Mar 28: The much-anticipated summer camp 2025 commenced this day at Mount Carmel Central School, with a vibrant and electrifying atmosphere. A total of 170 enthusiastic campers gathered for an unforgettable journey of learning and fun.

The event began on a dynamic note as all campers and teachers made a grand entry, energizing the students with a lively dance performance. This was followed by a soulful prayer service, preceded by a warm welcome from a few campers to their fellow participants.

Vice principal Sr Teena’s inspiring message instilled a sense of enthusiasm, encouraging students to embrace the camp’s experiences wholeheartedly. Adding to the excitement, the administrator Sr Carissima emphasized the essence of joyful learning, assuring the students that this camp was all about discovery, creativity, and fun no writing, no studying, no memorizing!

The official opening was marked by the vice principal, administrator, camp coordinator Tr Neetha Pais and a little camper Pranamya Bhat, pulling a ribbon that unfurled a grand ‘Summer Camp 2025’ banner. As cheers erupted, Donald Duck and Winnie the Pooh made a surprise entrance, dancing amidst the delighted campers. The boys and girls gleefully followed their respective mascots, dancing their way forward into the next phase of their camp experience.

As a sweet gesture, chocolates were distributed, adding to the celebratory mood. The campers then proceeded to an exhilarating Zumba session, setting the tone for an action-packed and memorable summer camp ahead.

The opening ceremony was a perfect blend of joy, energy and anticipation, ensuring that Summer Camp 2025 would be an experience to cherish.
