Kundapur assistant commissioner Maheshchandra K suspended for dereliction of duty

Udupi, Mar 30: Maheshchandra K, assistant commissioner of Kundapur division, has been suspended from service by the order of Udupi deputy commissioner Dr Vidyakumari K.

Maheshchandra K has been accused of dereliction of duty in various matters during his tenure as assistant commissioner of Kundapur division and as commissioner of Udupi City Development Corporation.

Srikanth S Hegde, tahsildar of Brahmavar, has been given additional charge as assistant commissioner of Kundapur division.
