Mangaluru/Udupi, Apr 2: The prices of Nandini milk and curd have been revised in Dakshina Kannada (DK) and Udupi districts, with the new rates officially coming into effect from April 1 as per the directives of the state government and KMF.
As per the revised prices, toned milk is now Rs 24 for 500 ml and Rs 46 for 1000 ml, while homogenized cow milk costs Rs 26 for 500 ml and Rs 312 for a 6L jumbo pack. Shubham milk is priced at Rs 27 for 500 ml. The cost of curd has been set at Rs 15 for 200 g, Rs 27 for 415 g, and Rs 336 for a 6 kg jumbo pack. Among other dairy products, sweet lassi (200 ml) is Rs 15, mango lassi (200 ml) is Rs 19, masala buttermilk (200ml) is Rs 12, spicy buttermilk (180 ml) is Rs 8, jeera buttermilk (250 ml) is Rs 14, plain buttermilk (500 ml) is Rs 26, and plain buttermilk (1000 ml) is Rs 51.

Milk and dairy products with old printed prices will continue to be sold until the existing pouch film stock is exhausted. However, all consumers and authorized Nandini dealers must adhere to the revised rates, stated Vivek D, managing director of the federation, in an official release.
