Udupi welcomes ‘Moltocare’ franchise, expanding expert property services to region

Udupi, April 5: Moltocare, a UAE-based property service company, has expanded its operations to Udupi with the launch of its new franchise at the Pacific Hall in Ocean Pearl Times Square on April 2.

The inauguration ceremony was led by Krishna Raja Tantry, director of Shrinidhi Developers and promoter of the Moltocare Udupi franchise, alongside his mother Shantha Tantry, who lit the lamp to mark the occasion.

Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, managing director of Mandavi Real Estate Developers, was the chief guest for the event. In his speech, he expressed his excitement about Moltocare’s expansion into Udupi, saying, “It is a joyful occasion as Moltocare, known for its maintenance services for housing complexes, air conditioners, electronics, plumbing, and comprehensive cleaning in Dubai, is now expanding to Udupi. These services are essential in today’s system, and I hope the company will extend its reach to other cities in the future.”

Krishna Raja Tantry, in his welcome address, emphasised the extensive services provided by Moltocare and gave an overview of their property maintenance and management offerings. He highlighted the importance of maintaining properties in top condition throughout the year.

The event was also attended by several dignitaries, including Indrali Jayakar Shetty, president of Badagubettu Credit Cooperative Society, Sudeer Shetty, secretary of Credai, and Purushotham Shetty of Ujwal Developers.

Moltocare, originally founded in Dubai in 2015 by Vinod Harjani, specialises in air conditioning maintenance, service, deep duct cleaning, and disinfection. The company has earned a reputation for providing high-quality services, particularly focusing on improving indoor air quality.

In Udupi, Moltocare will offer a variety of property maintenance services, including AC maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing works, carpentry, masonry repairs, and disinfection services to enhance indoor air quality.

The company also provides comprehensive property management solutions, catering to rented, vacant, or fully furnished properties for individual owners and corporate clients, ensuring they are maintained to international standards.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Vijetha Tantry, who also compered the proceedings.
