Udupi: Woman, son missing since Apr 5 after leaving to visit grandmother’s home

Udupi, Apr 11: A woman and her seven-year-old son have gone missing under mysterious circumstances after informing their family that they were visiting her grandmother’s house in Tekkatte Kome.

The missing individuals have been identified as Swati (30), a resident within the jurisdiction of the Kundapur rural police station, and her son Bhavish S (7).

They left their home on April 5, stating they were heading to Swati’s grandmother’s residence, but neither reached the destination nor returned home. Their whereabouts remain unknown.

Swati is described as being 30 years old, approximately 5 feet tall, with a medium build, dark complexion, and an oval face. She speaks Kannada. Her son Bhavish is about 7 years old, 2.5 feet tall, with a medium build, dark complexion, and a round face. He also speaks Kannada.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is requested to contact the Kundapur rural police sub-inspector at 9480805468, the Kundapur circle police inspector at 9480805433, or the Udupi police control room at 0820-2526444, as stated in a release from the office of the Kundapur rural police sub-inspector.
